AI Architect (d/f/m)

4flow software develops a range of global standard software products for logistics and transportation planning that can be applied across all industries. The integrated planning approach of our software products ranges from the long-term optimization of network structures to the short-term optimization of transportation capacity utilization. In addition, planning results can be combined with transportation processing and accounting for integrated transportation management. Here, you will work at the intersection of logistics, technology, and compliance, driving product discovery and delivery.

• Own the technical AI direction for our AI-native platform and drive key architectural decisions across the AI domain.
• Design scalable, secure and maintainable AI systems for a multi-tenant enterprise SaaS environment.
• Build and evolve agentic AI solutions using technologies such as Python, LangGraph and AWS Bedrock.
• Establish shared AI platform capabilities, standards and best practices that enable product teams to build and operate AI applications successfully.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, mentoring and close collaboration with engineering teams across Europe and India.
• Identify emerging AI technologies and translate relevant innovations into business value and product capabilities

To be successful in this position, we believe you should possess the following attributes:

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture, system design or platform engineering with production-grade systems.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI, GenAI or agentic AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong expertise with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar technologies.
• Strong cloud-native engineering background, ideally on AWS, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent Python skills and a solid understanding of modern AI architecture, LLMOps and AI security principles.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership, mentor engineers and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
