What your new challenge will look like

Be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from creating job profiles and posting positions to screening applications, conducting interviews, and maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout all stages.

Perform active sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter.

Optimize recruitment processes and ensure clear, effective communication with hiring managers.

Manage job requisitions and candidate pipelines in Workday.

Contribute continuously to improving recruitment practices and the overall candidate experience.

Actively participate in ongoing exchanges with the global Talent Acquisition team.

Represent the company at events such as career fairs and university marketing initiatives.

Ongoing or completed degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields

Experience managing the full end-to-end Talent Acquisition process

You communicate confidently in English

You are comfortable using MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
