At 4flow consulting, we work together with global businesses in logistics and supply chain management from strategy to implementation. Support our excellent teams at our offices in Madrid and Barcelona as Consultant Logistics and Supply Chain Management (d/f/m).

What your new challenge will look like

  • In multinational consulting projects, you will take on diverse tasks in cooperation with experienced 4flow consultants to support our international customers, for instance in the automotive industry, in consumer goods, e-commerce or industrial manufacturing.

  • You will analyze complex supply chain processes, identify optimization potential and support the development of customer-specific and innovative solutions with measurable results.

  • You will implement the concepts you develop as a team directly for our customers on-site.

  • With the solutions you develop, you will participate in the design of digital supply chains.

  • You will collaborate on internal optimization projects and support 4flow’s knowledge management.

 

Why you belong at 4flow

  • You successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering, mathematical economics, industrial management, logistics or a comparable discipline with above-average grades.

  • You have at least four months of practical career experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or consulting.

  • You possess excellent analytic and conceptual skills and a very good understanding of processes.

  • You have very strong communication skills in Spanish and English.

  • You are confident speaking with customer employees at all organizational levels.

  • You are willing to travel within Europe and ideally have already spent time abroad.

Does the interview take place onsite or virtually?

The application process is designed as a virtual experience. All discussions are carried out by telephone or via video conference. On request or if required, in-person discussions can be organized at one of our locations.

How does the onboarding process work?

We want you to feel comfortable with us right from the start and quickly become part of the team. Your supervisor will plan youronboarding experience and work together with you to plan your first few weeks with us. You will get to know us as an organization and learnabout our individual units and services and your most important contacts. We will give you time to familiarize yourself with your tasksand projects. Experienced team members will provide you with support. At the same time, you can take part in internal trainings or pursue professional development possibilities individually.
