What your new challenge will look like

You will be hired as a specialist in transportation management for the 4flow management business line. You will take on tasks in the area of transportation coordination and processing. In particular, this will include the following tasks:

 

  • Continuous execution of inbound and outbound transportation in our customers' transportation networks

  • Performing customer service tasks, e.g., managing transport orders, communicating with clients and partners

  • Providing solutions in the event of transportation delays, ensuring information flows to customers and other parties

  • Using our own transportation management system

  • Working in tight coordination with your manager and the project management team

  • Managing other tasks that correspond to your knowledge and skills in addition to supporting the continuous optimization of our customers’ logistics networks

Does the interview take place onsite or virtually?

The application process is designed as a virtual experience. All discussions are carried out by telephone or via video conference. On request or if required, in-person discussions can be organized at one of our locations.

How does the onboarding process work?

We want you to feel comfortable with us right from the start and quickly become part of the team. Your supervisor will plan youronboarding experience and work together with you to plan your first few weeks with us. You will get to know us as an organization and learnabout our individual units and services and your most important contacts. We will give you time to familiarize yourself with your tasksand projects. Experienced team members will provide you with support. At the same time, you can take part in internal trainings or pursue professional development possibilities individually.
