Specialists at 4flow management perform tasks in the area of transport coordination and transport processing for 4flow management customers. This includes, for example, the continuous optimization of transports in the logistics networks of our customers as well as customer service tasks. Specialists may focus on one of the following areas: Route management, transport management, freight cost management, materials management.

 

What your new challenge will look like

As a member of the 4flow management team, you will manage the efficient movement of goods through our customers’ logistics networks in order to ensure material availability. Your primary tasks in this position will include:

  • Guaranteeing the smooth execution of all areas of transportation for daily operations using our transportation management system

  • Performing customer service tasks such as communication with customers, suppliers and forwarding companies

  • Coordinating and solving freight exceptions while ensuring requested lead time

  • Optimizing daily transports in terms of trade lane, lead time, supply chain security and costs

  • Initiating process improvements to further develop customer solutions

Does the interview take place onsite or virtually?

How does the onboarding process work?

We want you to feel comfortable with us right from the start and quickly become part of the team. Your supervisor will plan youronboarding experience and work together with you to plan your first few weeks with us. You will get to know us as an organization and learnabout our individual units and services and your most important contacts. We will give you time to familiarize yourself with your tasksand projects. Experienced team members will provide you with support.
