The finance team is responsible for accounting and cash flow management across all of 4flow’s international entities. Grow with us and become part of our excellent team in Berlin.


What your new challenge will look like:

As the accounting team lead, you will be responsible for national and international accounting at 4flow, as well as cash flow management for all 4flow entities. You will lead a team that currently consists of three members and will take on interim leadership of the entire accounting team. You’ll also be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Processing monthly, quarterly, yearly and corporate financial statements according to HGB, GAAP and IFRS

  • Coordinating closely with the controlling team on corporate consolidation

  • Communicating and collaborating with internal and external partners on questions related to commerce and tax law

  • Developing and improving reporting structures

  • Taking on management activities as part of the 4flow leadership team

Why you belong at 4flow:

  • You have several years of career experience in accounting at a German corporation with international entities and in managing and leading a team.

  • You completed a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting or had a similar educational path.

  • You have very good knowledge of accounting according to HGB as well as good knowledge of accounting according to GAAP and IFRS.

  • You are familiar with Excel and accounting systems, ideally Datev, LucaNet or Workday, thanks to hands-on experience.

  • You enjoy working in a team and are confident communicating in English in a dynamic and international environment.

Does the interview take place onsite or virtually?

The application process is designed as a virtual experience. All discussions are carried out by telephone or via video conference. On request or if required, in-person discussions can be organized at one of our locations.

How does the onboarding process work?

We want you to feel comfortable with us right from the start and quickly become part of the team. Your supervisor will plan youronboarding experience and work together with you to plan your first few weeks with us. You will get to know us as an organization and learnabout our individual units and services and your most important contacts. We will give you time to familiarize yourself with your tasksand projects. Experienced team members will provide you with support.
