What your new challenge will look like
As a part of the 4flow team, you will guarantee a smooth invoice checking and self-billing process for our international clients in the automotive sector. Your primary tasks in this position will include:
Front-line support for carriers to assure trouble-free self-billing process
Communication with customers and assisting in case of inquiries in a solution-oriented manner
Claims handling and clarifying discrepancies with carriers and other service providers
Transportation cost analysis and direct reporting to customers
Further development of freight management processes and alignment of processes across teams
Why you belong at 4flow
Relevant practical experience in the financial or transportation sector with a focus on excellent customer service
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field of study or apprenticeship with relevant experience
Solution-oriented and detail-oriented worker with an ability to communicate effectively
Excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel and good communication skills in English (German would be beneficial)
You are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment
