Freight Cost Specialist

What your new challenge will look like

As a part of the 4flow team, you will guarantee a smooth invoice checking and self-billing process for our international clients in the automotive sector. Your primary tasks in this position will include:

• Front-line support for carriers to assure trouble-free self-billing process

• Communication with customers and assisting in case of inquiries in a solution-oriented manner

• Claims handling and clarifying discrepancies with carriers and other service providers

• Transportation cost analysis and direct reporting to internal and external stakeholders

• Identifying trends, anomalies, and potential process improvements based on data

• Further development of freight management processes and alignment of processes across teams

Why you belong at 4flow

• Relevant practical experience in the financial or transportation sector with a focus on excellent customer service

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field of study or apprenticeship with relevant experience

• Solution-oriented and detail-oriented worker with an ability to communicate effectively

• Analytical mindset and ability to work with large datasets to identify patterns and derive actionable insights.

• Excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel and good communication skills in English (German would be beneficial)

• You are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment
