At 4flow, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an HR Generalist & Office Manager (d/f/m) to support our growing team in Spain and become part of our international Corporate Services team.
In this role, you will combine operational HR responsibilities with office management and general affairs activities, helping to create an outstanding employee experience while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will become a key point of contact for employees, managers and external partners, supporting the entire employee lifecycle and contributing to the development of our HR function.
This position offers the opportunity to build broad expertise across Human Resources and Office Management while working closely with an international team. You will play a key role in supporting employees across Spain, finding new colleagues for Spain, Italy and Portugal as well as contributing directly to the further development of the HR function at 4flow.
What your new challenge will look like
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Support the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding

Prepare and manage HR documentation and employee records

Manage time tracking and leave of absences coordination

Coordinate contract changes, leave management and employee data updates

Act as the main contact for employees regarding HR administrative topics

Ensure HR processes are executed efficiently and consistently
Payroll & HR Administration

Coordinate monthly payroll activities with external providers

Review payroll data and follow up on employee-related changes

Manage HR systems and maintain data accuracy

Ensure compliance with local HR processes and documentation requirements
Talent Acquisition

Support recruiting processes from job posting to onboarding

Coordinate interviews and candidate communications

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment activities

Collaborate with external recruiting partners when needed
Compliance & Projects

Support local HR compliance activities (Equality Plan, LGD, Data Purging…)

Coordinate documentation and policy updates
Office Management & General Affairs

Collaborate in the new Zaragoza office set-up project

Ensure smooth operation of the Zaragoza office and act as the main local contact for all office-related matters

Coordinate office suppliers and service providers

Support facilities management & preventive activities (maintenance, inspections, Workplace safety, first aid and evacuation arrangements …)

Organize employee events and office initiatives

Manage general office administration and purchasing activities

Monitor office-related costs and support budget planning and reporting
Why you belong at 4flow

2 years of experience as HR Administration, HR Generalist, General Administration, Office Manager or similar roles
-
Experience coordinating payroll with external providers and recruiting experience is highly desirable

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset

High attention to detail and strong confidentiality standards

Experience working in an international environment is a plus

Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential
