What your new challenge will look like

As Solutions Consultant at 4flow you will be the main point of contact between the client super users and the consulting team leadership. You will be involved in managing the configuration sprint sessions, delivering the solution design, and working with the client to deliver a smooth implementation. You will be involved with authoring the most appropriate solution for the client based on your expertise.

  • Provide creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices.

  • Work with Account Executives and Client Partners to articulate the value of RapidResponse and be able to discuss our implementation methodology/approach.

  • Leading Deployment Workshops to help clients achieve immediate value from their investment.

  • Testing complex data and analytic configurations to ensure that the solution is producing the expected results.

  • Configure the RapidResponse interface according to our clients’ distinct needs as defined within the Agile user stories and blueprint designs.

  • Participate in evaluating risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management.

  • Participate in technical architectures, develop system requirements, identify resources, and estimate timelines for project completion.

  • Develop client-ready materials related to requirement specification, process analysis, system-based and manual controls, functional design, and test plans.

Why you belong at 4flow

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant degree; or equivalent work experience

  • Extensive experience leading development teams in complex supply-chain solution design, development, and testing

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business software consulting and/or manufacturing and demand/supply management

  • 5+ years of experience working as a RapidResponse Solution Consultant

  • 5+ years of experience with functional knowledge in supply chain, demand or supply planning, S&OP, after sales service operations, or transportation management

  • 5+ years of experience developing, supporting, or implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse required

  • Detailed knowledge of functional supply chain solutions such as ERP/MRP, Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Aggregated Supply Planning, Order Fulfilment, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, and managing planning activities with distributors and contract manufacturers

  • Kinaxis RapidResponse integration experience with enterprise level applications such as ERP

  • Understanding of the solution development life cycle, including business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user training, and deployment

  • Experience in systems integration and ETL tools, data mapping, and systems integration a plus
