What your new challenge will look like

You will be hired as a specialist for material management for the 4flow management business line. Your area of work will involve material management activities for 4flow customers. In particular, this will include the following tasks:

  • Creating and managing orders and call-offs towards suppliers and track confirmations

  • Monitoring deliveries, shipments, and stock levels

  • Identifying and resolving material shortages, delays, and bottlenecks, including escalation

  • Managing end-to-end order and booking processes in SAP (GR, GI, customs, invoicing)

  • Ensuring material availability for production and customer supply

  • Supporting transport and logistics execution (e.g. freight order creation, ASN checks)

  • Close coordination with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders

  • You understand MRP processes, demand planning and call-off logic

  • You can effectively prioritize and manage multiple operational topics in parallel

  • Your communication skills in English are very good

  • You are confident in using ERP systems (e.g. SAP MM / PP) in operational planning environments

  • You hold a strong interest in supply chain topics and are motivated to work with international teams in an exciting environment
