As part of the Strategy and Solution Team, you will shape our solution portfolio and have a direct influence on the future of 4flow and our customers. You will work closely with various stakeholders within 4flow.
What your new challenge will look like
You drive the development of a S&OP-as-a-Service solution and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a scalable, flexible solution that meets the diverse needs of our customers.
Design and implement a plan to build-up expertise in S&OP processes and inventory optimisation within the organisation to ramp-up future customers.
In collaboration with 4flow consulting, software, sales and marketing you will design the operating model and processes for 4flow as a managed services partner.
You will be actively involved in the development and selection of the technologies that will underpin our services.
You will support the sales processes related to supply chain orchestration and be involved in the successful onboarding of our first customers.
Why you belong at 4flow
You have an extensive understanding of complex supply chains and their reorganisation, in the automotive industry, FMCG or life science sector.
You have at least three years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), e.g. demand planning and forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, distribution planning or a similar area.
You are enthusiastic about introducing new technologies and are already familiar with advanced planning systems or S&OP software.
You enjoy analytical tasks and are characterised by your entrepreneurial mindset and conceptual strength.
You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English.
Intermediate German skills are desirable.
