What your new challenge will look like

As a customer care specialist at 4flow, you are the first point of contact for our customers  who rely on you to support them with any matter they might have. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Providing professional customer care via e-mail and phone

  • Delivering thoughtful and smart solutions in high-pressured situations while still having important details in mind

  • Define and solve our customers queries in a timely manner

  • Think fast and work proactively and always keep on top of things in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Why you belong at 4flow

  • You enjoy communicating with people in Czech and English (French and German would be beneficial) and you’re trained in crisis management.

  • Besides talking, you are also a great listener and able to put yourself in the shoes of our customers to create a good solution for all parties involved.

  • You have no clue about transportation logistics and really wonder what 4flow is doing? Don’t worry, your future colleagues will teach you everything you need to know.

  • No matter what you have done so far – maybe you just finished school or university or worked in a completely different field before, you are welcome to apply! We don’t expect previous customer care experience or a degree in logistics.
