What your new challenge will look like

  • Developing and leading a team of freight cost specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations

  • Guarantee the invoice checking and self-billing process to the satisfaction of our customers

  • Communicating regularly with customers and carriers regarding the freight cost status

  • Management of the carriers process compliance

  • Monitoring process performance and freight costs

  • Analyzing process metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures

Why you belong at 4flow

  • You have a university degree in economics, finance, or a related field of study with professional experience and strong knowledge on freight cost management or controlling

  • Professional experience in invoice checking and billing processes as well as more than 2 years of experience in supervising and developing a team

  • Results-driven attitude with strong customer orientation

  • Adaptability to new situations and peak operation periods, with a structured approach to problem-solving

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Advanced user knowledge of enterprise IT systems

  • Structured approach to solution design and good sense of urgency

  • You are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic, virtual and international environment
