Developing and leading a team of freight cost specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations

Guarantee the invoice checking and self-billing process to the satisfaction of our customers

Communicating regularly with customers and carriers regarding the freight cost status

Management of the carriers process compliance

Monitoring process performance and freight costs

Analyzing process metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures

You have a university degree in economics, finance, or a related field of study with professional experience and strong knowledge on freight cost management or controlling

Professional experience in invoice checking and billing processes as well as more than 2 years of experience in supervising and developing a team

Results-driven attitude with strong customer orientation

Adaptability to new situations and peak operation periods, with a structured approach to problem-solving
-
Strong communication skills in English

Advanced user knowledge of enterprise IT systems

Structured approach to solution design and good sense of urgency

You are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic, virtual and international environment
