Logistics Specialist (FMCG/CPG) (m/f/d)

Our business line 4flow management utilizes innovative concepts in transportation and network management to continuously plan, optimize, and manage supply chain networks as a neutral 4PL.

4flow is continuing its successful growth around the globe. For our office in Spain, we are looking for a talented candidates who share our enthusiasm for supply chain management and will take an active part in developing 4flow’s business in Spain.

What your new challenge will look like

As a Logistics Specialist in the BG dynamic, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth transportation operations for our clients. The special focus of this role: In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also act as a flexible support resource across different teams and customer accounts when needed. 

• Managing daily transport operations using our transport management system  

• Handling transport orders and proactively communicating with customers and logistics partners 

• Managing exceptions and providing timely updates to stakeholders 

• Identifying and resolving transport delays and disruptions 

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in logistics networks 

• Acting as a floating operations specialist, stepping in to support other teams, e.g. during peak periods, onboarding phases, temporary absences, ... 

• Gaining exposure to multiple customer setups and processes, contributing to knowledge sharing and best practice development 

Why you belong at 4flow

• Experience in transportation or logistics operations, ideally in FMCG/CPG or similar fast-paced environments 

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills 

• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French or Italian) are a plus 

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with iTMS  

• Flexibility and adaptability to quickly integrate into different teams and processes 

• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in dynamic environments 

• Strong collaboration skills and openness to share knowledge across teams
