What your new challenge will look like
As a member of the 4flow management team, you will manage the efficient movement of goods through our customers’ logistics
networks in order to ensure material availability. Your primary tasks in this position will include:
▪ Dynamic shipment planning and operational execution using our transportation management system
▪ Performing operational tasks such as communicating with customers, suppliers and forwarding companies
▪ Optimizing daily freight shipments in terms of trade lane, lead time, supply chain security and costs
▪ Coordinating and solving freight exceptions while ensuring requested lead time
▪ Developing alternative route solutions in cooperation with the network planning team
Why you belong at 4flow
▪ Relevant practical experience in the transportation industry with a focus on customer service
▪ Ability to quickly prioritize, communicate politely, and problem-solve during peak periods
▪ Creativity and motivation to improve daily tasks
▪ Excellent command of MS Office
▪ Strong communication skills in Chinese (native)
▪ Good English in reading and writing
▪ Strong interest in the field of logistics and a desire to work in a dynamic and international environment
