What your new challenge will look like
As a Sales Development Representative you will generate high quality leads and work closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further conversion. Your primary tasks in this position will include:

Prospect potential new customers on social media platforms like LinkedIn using sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Reev, Meetime, Snov.io, HVS Salesforce, Hubspot;

Reach out to potential customers via email, cold calls, and LinkedIn messages;

Schedule meetings with potential customers for 4flow Directors and VPs (main KPI);

Update CRM with contacts prospected, completed activities, and managing the sales pipeline.
Why you belong at 4flow

Graduated in Business Administration, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields;

Previous experience as an SDR is mandatory;

Fluent/Advanced English skills in writing and speaking;

Detail-oriented and organized individual with a focus on detailed processes;

Must be able to engage with customers (Managers/ C-level) using assertive communication;

Excel and PowerPoint knowledge;
-
Fluent/Advanced German or French skills in writing and speaking are not mandatory but would be advantageous;

Availability to work in a hybrid model at the Campinas office.
