En tant que consultant au sein de 4flow consulting, vous contribuez de manière significative à la mise en œuvre réussie de nos projets de consulting. Vous travaillez sur différents projets dans les secteurs de l'automobile, du retail, du commerce électronique et de l'industrie mécanique, où vous développez des solutions personnalisées avec des résultats mesurables. Vos principales tâches sont les suivantes : 

  • Travailler de manière autonome pour développer et mettre en œuvre des concepts innovants en matière de logistique et de supply chain pour nos clients mondiaux

  • Assurer la gestion de sous-projets et assumer la responsabilité de la réalisation des objectifs de ces derniers

  • Participer activement au knowledge management en interne   

Pourquoi vous avez votre place chez 4flow

  • Vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la logistique et de la gestion de la supply chain, dans le secteur du conseil ou dans un secteur d'activité comparable, incluant de la gestion de projets.

  • Vous avez obtenu un diplôme universitaire (en génie industriel, mathématiques, business administration ou supply chain) avec des notes supérieures à la moyenne.

  • Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences analytiques et conceptuelles et une très bonne compréhension des processus ; votre confiance en vous est reconnue.

  • Vos solides compétences en matière de communication en allemand et en anglais, votre volonté de voyager et, dans l'idéal, une expérience à l'étranger, complètent votre profil.

Does the interview take place onsite or virtually?

The application process is designed as a virtual experience. All discussions are carried out by telephone or via video conference. On request or if required, in-person discussions can be organized at one of our locations.

How does the onboarding process work?

We want you to feel comfortable with us right from the start and quickly become part of the team. Your supervisor will plan youronboarding experience and work together with you to plan your first few weeks with us. You will get to know us as an organization and learnabout our individual units and services and your most important contacts. We will give you time to familiarize yourself with your tasksand projects. Experienced team members will provide you with support. At the same time, you can take part in internal trainings or pursue professional development possibilities individually.
