What your new challenge will look like

You will define and drive the product vision and strategy for advanced AI capabilities - covering autonomy, reasoning, and interaction while ensuring alignment with stakeholders and product managers across multiple supply chain domains.

Your role includes translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable product requirements and prioritizing the backlog based on business impact and feasibility.

You’ll work closely with AI researchers, engineers, and designers to develop scalable, ethical solutions that comply with regional regulations.

Beyond development, you will validate AI agent behavior and usability through user research, monitor key performance indicators and continuously iterate based on feedback and model outputs.

As an advocate for agentic AI, you’ll promote its adoption internally and with external partners, shaping the future of intelligent supply chain systems.
Why you belong at 4flow

You bring 6+ years of experience in product management with at least two years focused on AI/ML products.

You have a solid understanding of agentic AI/LLMs and are familiar with responsible AI practices.

You are experienced in leading cross-functional AI teams and hold a degree in Computer Science, AI or a related field.

You are a visionary thinker with technical fluency, strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.

You have a passion for responsible innovation, a curious and experimental mindset, and a collaborative leadership style.
