Was erwartet dich bei uns?

Du fungierst als Ansprechperson für 4flower bei Remote Work Abroad Anträgen.

Zudem unterstützt du bei Visa Prozessen für unsere Teammitglieder.

Du recherchierst zu spannenden HR-Themen, z. B. im Bereich Arbeitsrecht und arbeitest an aktuellen Projekten mit, die ganz 4flow betreffen.

Die Veröffentlichung von News in unserem Intranet sowie die Optimierung von administrativen Prozessen runden dein Aufgabenprofil ab.
Darum passt du zu uns:

Du bist noch mindestens 2 Semester Vollzeit an einer Universität oder Hochschule in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Psychologie oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang eingeschrieben und hast Lust uns 15-20h die Woche zu unterstützen.

Du arbeitest strukturiert und gewissenhaft und bringst idealerweise erste Praxiserfahrungen im Bereich International Mobility mit.

Deine guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse wendest du gern tagtäglich an und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office.
