Was erwartet dich bei uns?

Du bist die erste Adresse für Remote Work Abroad – du hilfst Kolleg:innen, weltweit flexibel zu arbeiten.

Du unterstützt bei Visa-Prozessen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere internationalen Teammitglieder einen reibungslosen und erfolgreichen Start bei 4flow haben.

Du recherchierst zu spannenden HR-Themen wie Arbeitsrecht und bringst deine Ideen in Projekte ein, die das ganze Unternehmen betreffen.

Du veröffentlichst News im Intranet, optimierst Prozesse und sorgst dafür, dass Kommunikation und Organisation bei uns effizient und klar strukturiert ablaufen.
Darum passt du zu uns:

Du bist noch mindestens zwei Semester Vollzeit an einer Uni oder Hochschule eingeschrieben.

Du hast Lust, uns 15–20 Stunden pro Woche zu unterstützen.

Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und bringst idealerweise schon erste HR-Erfahrung mit.

Du bist fit in Deutsch und Englisch und kennst dich mit MS Office aus.
