What your new challenge will look like

  • Acting as the main point of contact for team members and student assistants to support them throughout the whole employment lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding

  • Taking care of HRM software processes such as job changes, promotions, organizational changes, working hour adjustments, and compensation updates

  • Managing contract amendments, absences, and health management in line with local regulations and company policies

  • Providing benefit consultancy and managing employee anniversaries

  • Supporting payroll-related activities including bonus processing and taxation matters

  • Answering HR-related requests and reporting

  • Managing administrative tasks such as pink booklets, medical checks, personal files, sick leave documents, vouchers

  • Assisting our international team members when needed

  • Introducing current trends and ideas and promoting their implementation

  • You have at least 2 years of practical experience in HR, particularly in people operations

  • You have successfully completed your studies in business administration or a related field of study with a focus on human resources

  • Your communication skills in English are very good and you are confident with MS Office tools

  • You are detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and open minded

  • You appreciate an international environment and a motivated team and like to have fun at work. You like to take on responsibility and meet challenges with creative solutions
