Become part of the 4flow Controlling team and dive into the world of analyses, reports and key figures for a leading global provider of supply chain consulting, software and fourth-party logistics (4PL) services. We are looking for a new team member to join us at our modern headquarters in Berlin.

What your new challenge will look like

This role combines hands-on operational controlling work with senior-level responsibility and business partnering, including the following areas:

• Hands-on financial analysis and reporting – independently preparing and deep-diving into KPIs and management reports as a basis for decision-making

• End-to-end financial ownership – taking responsibility for selected business lines, topics or projects

• Process & tool optimization – continuously developing controlling instruments and driving automation and standardization of reporting

• Advanced analysis – performing variance, profitability, cost and sales analyses to assess business performance and identify opportunities

• Budgeting & forecasting – actively steering budget planning and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

• Cross-functional collaboration – working closely with business line managers and specialist departments in an international environment

Why you belong at 4flow

• You bring around 4+ years of professional experience in controlling, FP&A or a comparable finance role.

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, mathematics or an apprenticeship with relevant controlling experience.

• You have a strong affinity for data and advanced Excel skills (e.g. Power Query, Power Automate); experience with Workday or similar ERP/FP&A tools is highly desirable.

• You work independently, think analytically and maintain high quality standards, even in a dynamic environment.

• You communicate confidently in English; German skills are a plus.
