What your new challenge will look like
-
Manage day-to-day financial accounting activities, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes for a US and Brazilian entity

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Conduct / manage accounts payable process (recording and processing of incoming invoices).

Conduct / manage accounts receivable process (ensure timely processing and preparation of outgoing invoices including debtor management).

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Process travel and other related expenses.
-
Manage banking and cash flows.
-
Collaborate with external tax advisors in the preparation of tax returns.

Support the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial data and analysis.

Implement and maintain financial controls and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends, accounting regulations, and best practices
Why you belong at 4flow

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar role.
-
Work experience in an international environment and for international companies; strong English abilities are a must.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Workday) and MS Excel.

High attention to detail and accuracy.
