What your new challenge will look like

As a CRM & Sales Operations Specialist, you ensure the reliability, usability, and strategic alignment of our CRM system by assuring and managing data quality, driving automation, and supporting sales operations through system optimization and reporting.

  • Manage CRM data including regular updates, audits and cleansing

  • Integrate data from internal and external systems into the CRM

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data issues and maintain a clean, synchronized system environment

  • Support with developing, implementing and maintaining scalable E2E-CRM processes in close collaboration with marketing, sales and other stakeholders

  • Build and maintain automation workflows to improve data consistency and reduce manual work

  • Support marketing automation and lead management workflows

  • Manage user roles, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and sales enablement assets in the system

  • Ensure proper tracking of activities, touchpoints, and deal progress across the sales funnel

  • Help translate sales processes and requirements into CRM workflows and logic

  • Provide technical support and training to sales users to ensure effective CRM adoption

  • Maintain documentation of system usage, processes, and standards

  • Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs for marketing and sales teams

  • Support with creating actionable insights based on CRM data

  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize processes and visibility

Why you belong at 4flow

  • Completed degree in business, data analysis, information systems, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM operations and/or sales operations, preferably as a HubSpot consultant

  • Proven hands-on experience with the HubSpot CRM platform

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead management, and customer lifecycle

  • Proficient in managing structured data and large volumes of records

  • Advanced skills in MS Excel; experience with reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot dashboards, Looker, Power BI) is a plus

  • Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)

  • Available to work in a hybrid model in Campinas
