Responsible for providing a high level of support to employees
Managing calendars of directors
Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
Preparing for meetings, which includes drafting agendas, gathering, and printing all necessary documents, and organizing meeting logistics
Arranging business and personal travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rental etc.)
Preparing expense reports and verifying payment
Track and follow up on outstanding tasks
Organizing and managing corporate events
Responsible for maintaining and replenishing supplies in the office
Other duties as assigned

5+ years of office experience
Associate’s degree
Previous experience at a global organization
Ability to exercise good judgment in situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to manage all sensitive matters.
Ability to anticipate shifts in priorities, the flow of information, or changes while maintaining professionalism under simultaneous demands for attention.
Ability to work flexible hours/overtime as dictated by the needs of business (projects and meetings)
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
