What your new challenge will look like

The Marketing Director will lead the North American Marketing Department in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and growth for the North American market. This role requires a blend of creative, analytical, and leadership skills to oversee all marketing initiatives, including event planning, digital marketing, content creation and market research. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing successful marketing department and driving measurable results.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with 4flow’s business goals.

  • Conduct competitive analyses and market research to identify new opportunities and target markets.

  • Set clear, measurable goals and KPIs for the North American marketing team.

  • Act as interface to the global marketing team by aligning North American marketing activities with global initiatives and campaigns.

  • Adjust global marketing assets and best practice to the North American market.

  • Budget creation and management, including monitoring expenses and providing regular financial reports to the executive team.

  • Creating annual event calendar including internal and external events.

  • Lead marketing team to successful executive of internal and external events.

  • Oversee content creation, including ensuring consistent messaging across all North American marketing materials and channels in line with the global brand identity and global messaging.

  • Digital marketing and campaign management, including creating, developing, and executing effective digital marketing strategies and multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC and email marketing etc.

  • Brand Management and positioning of 4flow in the North American market.

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations.

  • Build out, lead, and manage a team of marketing professionals.

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Why you belong at 4flow

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Must have experience marketing services and/or software in a business-to-business environment.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (experience with HubSpot, Salesforce preferred).

  • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns.

  • Experience with event planning and sponsorships.

  • Experience working in a global company.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • This position requires that you commute to the Royal Oak, Michigan or Atlanta, Georgia location.
