Garantir a execução eficiente de todas as operações diárias de transporte utilizando nosso sistema de gerenciamento;
Realizar tarefas de atendimento ao cliente, como comunicação com clientes, fornecedores e empresas de transporte;
Resolver exceções de frete, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega solicitados;
Otimizar os transportes diários em termos de rotas comerciais, prazos de entrega, segurança da supply chain e custos;
Implementar melhorias de processos para desenvolver ainda mais as soluções para os clientes.

Atualmente cursando graduação ou se tem formação em engenharia de produção ou outras, administração, gestão de logística/supply chain ou áreas de estudo relacionada;
Se possuí experiência prática na indústria de transporte e foco no atendimento ao cliente;
Capacidade de priorizar atividades durante períodos de maior fluxo, mantendo uma comunicação proativa de maneira amigável e orientada para a solução;
Ter bons conhecimentos em pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Inglês intermediário;
Interesse na área de logística.
