What your new challenge will look like
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively, utilizing available resources and tools.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Assist in setting up laptops, desktops, and other devices for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records of helpdesk interactions, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems, applications, and procedures as needed.
Willingness to assist with global IT support in 3 different time zones.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field/related experience in lieu of degree.
5+ years experience as an IT Specialist.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users effectively.
Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering high-quality service and support.
Proven ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
