What your new challenge will look like
As a member of the 4flow IT Services Team, you will perform tasks from all areas of system administration at our global locations. Your primary tasks in this position will include:

Providing IT support for our global team, ensuring smooth operation of all software and hardware.

Setting up laptops, mobile devices, servers, and cloud services for our team members to keep everyone connected.

Administration and maintenance of our Windows and Microsoft 365 environment.

Helping expand and optimize our ever-growing IT infrastructure.

Providing assistance in purchasing and managing our IT equipment.

You have a solid foundation in IT, whether through education or hands-on experience, and have already gained some knowledge in IT support.

You enjoy solving technical challenges, have a service-oriented mindset, and communicate confidently in English.
