What your new challenge will look like

4flow is seeking an experienced S/4 HANA Supply Chain Consultant with a strong background in SAP modules including Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Production planning and Detail scheduling(PP/DS), Advance ATP(AATP), Quality Management (QM), Material Requirement Planning (MRP), and Sales and Distribution (SD). This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to design and implement SAP S/4 HANA solutions that enhance business functionality and overall performance.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluate and analyze client supply chain operations to identify improvement opportunities using SAP S/4 HANA capabilities.

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4 HANA solutions across various modules (PP, MM, PP/DS, AATP, QM, MRP, SD) to optimize production planning, procurement, inventory management, quality control, and sales processes.

  • Lead full lifecycle implementation projects, from requirements gathering and process design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

  • Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and industry standards to ensure solutions meet client needs and are scalable.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to ensure the SAP solutions align with business goals and integrate seamlessly with other systems.

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for users on new system functionalities and processes.

  • Manage and mentor junior consultants within the project team.

  • Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies and enhancements to recommend upgrades and enhancements to clients.

  • Support business development activities by crafting proposals and delivering client presentations.

Why you belong at 4flow

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Four to Six years of hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP S/4 HANA with a focus on PP, MM, QM, MRP, PP/DS, aATP and SD modules.

  • Experience in PP, MM, MRP, PP/DS, AATP ,QM and SD (at least 2 modules).

  • Proven track record of successful SAP S/4 HANA implementations and deep understanding of its integration with other enterprise systems.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

  • Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence stakeholders.

  • SAP S/4 HANA certification is preferred.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet project requirements.
