What your new challenge will look like

As an SAP TM Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting SAP Transportation Management solutions for our clients. You will work closely with project teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure SAP TM modules, and provide ongoing support for transportation planning and execution processes. Your expertise in SAP TM will be essential in optimizing logistics operations, improving supply chain efficiency, and delivering value to our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for transportation management.

  • Design end-to-end SAP TM solutions tailored to meet business needs and objectives.

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP TM modules, including Transportation Planning, Freight Order Management, and Freight Settlement.

  • Develop integration strategies with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA) and external systems (e.g., carriers, logistics partners).

  • Provide guidance and support to project teams during all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to educate users and stakeholders on SAP TM functionality and best practices.

  • Perform system assessments, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance the performance and functionality of SAP TM.

  • Stay current with industry trends, SAP TM updates, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in transportation management.

Why you belong at 4flow

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  • Extensive experience of Eight to Twelve years working with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) modules.

  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing SAP TM solutions for complex transportation networks.

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP TM functionality, including Transportation Planning, Freight Order Management, Carrier Selection, and Freight Settlement.

  • Strong understanding of integration methodologies and technologies, such as SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and IDoc.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.

  • SAP TM certification is a plus.

  • Experience with other SAP Supply Chain Management modules (e.g., SAP EWM, SAP Ariba).

  • Knowledge of transportation industry standards and regulations.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
