What your new challenge will look like

As an SAP IBP Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, configure IBP modules, and deliver integrated planning solutions that drive business value. Your expertise in SAP IBP will be instrumental in optimizing demand planning, Supply Planning, supply chain visibility, and inventory management processes for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand demand planning, supply chain, and inventory management requirements.

  • Configure and customize SAP IBP modules to meet client-specific business processes and planning scenarios.

  • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

  • Design and implement demand planning models, including statistical forecasting, promotion planning, and consensus demand planning.

  • Develop supply planning models to optimize inventory levels, production schedules, and distribution plans based on demand forecasts and supply constraints.

  • Configure integration between SAP IBP and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA) as well as external systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

  • Provide user training and support during the implementation phase to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure successful adoption of SAP IBP functionality.

  • Analyze system issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and collaborate with technical teams to implement effective solutions.

  • Stay current with SAP IBP updates, patches, and best practices to provide proactive recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.

  • Document system configurations, customizations, and support procedures to maintain knowledge continuity and facilitate future enhancements.

Why you belong at 4flow

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  • Six to Eight years of experience working with SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) modules.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP IBP configuration, customization, and implementation.

  • Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization processes.

  • Proficiency in SAP IBP functionalities such as demand sensing, inventory optimization, and supply chain control tower.

  • Knowledge of integration technologies and methodologies, such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Data Services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and project teams.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.

  • SAP IBP certification is a plus.
