How will your new challenge look like?

  • Active support of onboarding and offboarding process

  • Employee data and employee records/prospects maintaining (physical and digital), HRIS maintenance (Workday)

  •  Under internal discussion, student role considered

  • Responsibility for processes related to employees’ attendance

  • Benefits portfolio maintenance

  • Contact with local authorities

  • Participating in payroll process incl. communication with external service providers

  • Supporting team members in HR related topics and questions

  • Collaboration on learning activities

  • Active contribution to actions or projects leading to fulfilling of HR targets

Why you belong at 4flow?

  • You have at least 2 years of practical experience in HR, particularly in HR operations

  • You have successfully completed studies in business administration or a related field of study with a focus on human resources

  • You have solid knowledge in Czech labor law, beneficial awareness of SK and/or PL labor law

  • Your communication skills in English are very good and you are confident with MS Office tools

  • You are detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and open minded

  • You appreciate an international environment and a motivated team and like to have fun at work. You like to take on responsibility and meet challenges with creative solutions
