What your new challenge will look like
As part of the 4flow team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily office operations and providing professional administrative support. Your key tasks will include:

Managing company cars, parking spaces, and general office administration

Carrying out tasks comparable to personal assistant duties

Ordering and managing office supplies and coordinating with office suppliers (contracts, performance, invoices)
-
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and fire protection requirements
-
Organizing internal events including coordination with vendors and payment control
-
Managing conference room bookings, workplace arrangements, and meeting preparations
-
Handling rental related topics and communication with the landlord
-
Overseeing office space management and maintenance of technical equipment
-
Coordinating with all support departments in the Pilsen office
-
Managing marketing materials and taking on the role of local inventory coordinator
-
Welcoming clients, guests, and service providers in a professional manner

At least 2 years of experience in office administration, commercial roles, or service-oriented environments; bachelor’s degree is an advantage
