As a DevOps Engineer, you will support the development and operations teams by automating infrastructure, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of systems. You’ll work with modern tools and cloud platforms to streamline deployments and improve system performance.
What your new challenge will look like-
Design, build, and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI

Support containerization efforts and manage orchestration environments using Docker and Kubernetes

Assist in operating and optimizing cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Implement and maintain configuration management using tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
-
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to incident response and root‑cause analysis
-
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration, deployment, and release processes
-
Automate infrastructure tasks to increase reliability and reduce manual effort
-
Contribute to improving system scalability, security, and overall stability
-
Document infrastructure components, operational processes, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, bringing fresh ideas and modern DevOps practices into the team
Why you belong at 4flow

You bring at least two years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering or a closely related field, supported by a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or another relevant technical discipline.

You have hands‑on experience working with Linux environments, CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and public cloud platforms.

You are familiar with configuration management tools and have strong skills in problem solving, root‑cause analysis, and cross‑team collaboration. It is beneficial if you have additional knowledge in areas such as security, compliance, and performance, as well as frontend technologies like TypeScript, React, or Vue.js, backend technologies such as Python, Java, or Spring Boot, or even AI and machine learning integration.

You are motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team. A strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and clear communication skills help you succeed in a dynamic environment.
