4flow software develops a range of global standard software products for logistics and transportation planning that can be applied across all industries. The integrated planning approach of our software products ranges from the long-term optimization of network structures to the short-term optimization of transportation capacity utilization. In addition, planning results can be combined with transportation processing and accounting for integrated transportation management. Here, you will work at the intersection of logistics, technology, and compliance, driving product discovery and delivery
What your new challenge will look like-
Lead product discovery and delivery for materials and inventory management solutions for our global supply chain clients.

Drive integration with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP MM/IM) to ensure consistent, high‑quality data exchange.

Embed best‑practice materials management workflows into product design, data structures, and user experience.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design and legal teams to ensure product quality and compliance.

Conduct market research and customer interviews across regions and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and feasibility.

Drive a culture of agile and lean product development and ensure continuous improvement in your team.

At least 6 years of product management experience, ideally with a strong background in supply chain systems

Hands‑on expertise with SAP Materials Management (SAP MM/IM). ; experience with additional ERP systems such as Oracle is a plus

Ability to turn practical materials‑management knowledge into digital processes such as workflows or user journeys.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working with cross‑functional teams (engineering, architecture, QA, UX) to deliver software products.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts.

Remote work from anywhere in Germany and up to 90 days per year within the EU.
