What your new challenge will look like

As a member of the 4flow marketing team you will independently manage projects in the field of event communications.

  • Up to 70% of your time will be to conceptualize and organize traditional events, including managing participants.

  • Assist with other marketing duties during non-event times.

  • Coordinate and take the operational lead for conferences, including promotion of conference participation on social media and other selected channels.

  • Coordinate the logistics, information-gathering and promotion of events to drive brand awareness and generate sales.

  • Coordinate with external event service providers.

  • Manage the conference budget in alignment with your manager.

  • Conduct research on supply chain conferences, industry trends and competitors.

  • Write, edit and proof various marketing collateral.

  • Prepare, update and/or proof presentations of various kinds, such as campaign summaries and conference debriefings.

  • Provide overall marketing and administrative support for daily marketing activities to achieve company-wide objectives and goals.

  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics.

  • Overall: Be a key pillar of the 4flow Inc. success story by growing the 4flow brand in North America, and be an active part of the global marketing team with the goal to achieve the overall marketing objectives.

Why you belong at 4flow

  • Experience with event coordination and promotions.

  • Familiarity with various marketing channels and platforms, including digital (e.g., email, websites, SEO, social, CRM systems, etc.).

  • Understanding of website best practices.

  • Experience with writing and proofing marketing content.

  • Familiarity of inbound and outbound marketing and/or willingness to learn such skills.

  • Understanding of and familiarity with branding styles and guidelines.

  • Technology savvy and competent in MS Office, especially PowerPoint; basic Excel skills required.

  • Strong project management and coordination skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience, internships included and B2B preferred

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
