Corporate Services

Corporate services is an essential part of our international success. With their engagement and ideas, the teams keep the many processes at 4flow running smoothly and help to ensure that 4flow continues to operate and grow successfully across the globe.

4flow’s corporate services consists of teams in administration, finance, controlling, marketing, corporate development, IT services and human resources. The administration team ensures smooth office management and provides central internal services at our locations. Ourfinance team is responsible for the accounting of all global 4flow entities and for liquidity management. The work of the controllingteam includes future-oriented planning processes as well as the preparation and analysis of current and past data. 4flow’s marketing team is responsible for designing our professional external communication, while the corporate development team focuses on strategic organizational development and the design of communication and collaboration within 4flow. Team members of IT services are responsible for a functioningnetwork infrastructure and user support, which is available at all times. And lastly, our human resources team is focused on the growth of our team globally in addition to the individualized support and development of 4flow team members.

At 4flow you have the opportunity to work in our offices and/or remotely. The concept for our modern offices follows our New Work standards. In addition to shared desk areas, our offices also have rooms for collaborative teamwork and quiet retreats, for instance in ourspecially designed telephone cabins, parent-child offices and sports rooms. Various workspaces and chill-out zones offer space for creativity and short breaks. Additionally, health and well-being are encouraged in various ways such as sports and movement events, free drinks and organic fruit.

„4flow has a very positive and open working environment.“

I am responsible  for the majority of accounts payable for 4flow management and our Pilsen location, and I also provide support in processing our colleagues’ travel expenses. I am currently overseeing the introduction of a new travel expense tool, which makes my work a lot of fun and really energizes the daily work routine. Our steady growth has led to more and more previously outsourced processes being moved in-house, which means we have had to take on a wide range of additional responsibilities. It has therefore become important to approach new tasks with fresh ideas and an open mind. These kinds of challenges require self-reliance above all else. It is great that junior colleagues are entrusted with responsibility right from the start and treated so respectfully by more experienced colleagues. 4flowers are always very open and supportive of each other – not only within their own teams, but across departments as well. You can always count on colleagues or supervisors to hear your questions or concerns and help you to find the right solution quickly.

"I even had my own projects during my apprenticeship.”

I actually wanted to major in computer science after my university entrance exams. But since an apprenticeship offers a higher level of practical experience, I changed my mind. I talked with several businesses, but 4flow made the most convincing impression on me. After a two-year apprenticeship (successfully completing my exams one year ahead of time), I was hired by 4flow. Over the years, 4flow has grown a lot and many aspects within the IT department have become more challenging. With an increasing number of office locations come corresponding issues with the IT landscape. At the same time, we need to maintain the same standard level as an organization. During my training, this led to huge amounts of growth in my knowledge and expertise. I even had my own projects, with full responsibility, during my apprenticeship.
