4flow software develops a range of software products from a comprehensive transportation management system and supply chain network design tools to material and transportation planning software. Within the business line, people from product management, development, testing, UX design and agility work together in cross-functional feature teams to continuously develop and improve our products. In addition to the feature teams, product marketing, sales and software consulting handle the external sales and marketing of our products, as well as implementation for our customers.

Like our global customers, team members from the 4flow consulting and 4flow management business lines also use our software products in their daily work. These offer tailor-made solutions for our customers’ requirements –either integrated intoan existing system landscape or as a stand-alone solution

As a product manager for 4flow vista®, I act as an interface between our customers and the developer teams at 4flow. Users of our supply chain and transportation planning software usually have customization requirements to match specific business needs. Together with our developers, I help transform these requests into manageable technical requirements. A big part of my daily work involves communication. I channel and prioritize customer requests, develop concepts and product strategies and support their implementation. Because I work with people from different areas in the company, I see what happens elsewhere. What I find remarkable is the way people truly work together. There is always someone available to support you when you need it. The working atmosphere is extremely positive – and the many team events contribute to this.

Before joining 4flow, I held several positions in logistics and IT at different Chinese and Japanese companies. Here at 4flow I am able to apply the skills and many years of experience I gathered in the Asian supply chain market in a number of areas. With experience as a business development manager, I support sales processes at 4flow. I also give presentations about 4flow projects and represent 4flow at various events in China.

I enjoy being part of the culturally diverse team at 4flow. I think intercultural competency is particularly beneficial in catering to global clients individually. I felt comfortable at 4flow right away. Thanks to the open and friendly culture and straight forward way of communicating across all levels, it didn’t take long for me to settle in.
