Job description
We are seeking a Lead Product Manager for Integration Module to spearhead the development of a next-generation logistics product, built from the ground up with AI-enabled capabilities with the design and execution of integration initiatives for our supply chain product suite. This role will focus on building seamless connections with carriers, logistics partners, and external systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. You will own the integration roadmap end-to-end, driving product strategy, feature definition, and cross-functional execution, ensuring that advanced analytics, machine learning, and automation are embedded into the product to solve complex supply chain challenges.
What your new challenge will look like
- Defining and owning integration strategy and roadmaps for carriers and external systems.
- Translating business needs into clear requirements, API specs, and user stories.
- Building and managing carrier integrations across parcel, freight, ocean, and air.
- Overseeing ERP, WMS, TMS, and other system connections for end‑to‑end visibility.
- Leading the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, aligned with business goals.
- Prioritizing AI‑driven features like route optimization, anomaly detection, and intelligent inventory allocation.
- Partnering with engineering, data science, design, and operations to deliver scalable solutions.
- Aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared product vision.
- Applying Agile and SDLC practices to guide planning and execution.
- Establishing KPIs for adoption, AI accuracy, and efficiency, iterating based on insights.
- Staying ahead of logistics trends and AI advancements to refine product vision.
- Supporting junior product managers and evolving product management practices.

- 6+ years of product management experience in supply chain and logistics.
- Proven success delivering complex digital products with cross‑functional teams.
- Hands‑on expertise in EDI/API integrations and strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and product discovery.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in logistics, including predictive analytics and optimization.
- Academic background in Supply Chain, Operations, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Strong ownership mindset, accountability, and user‑centered strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.
- Passion for continuous improvement, autonomy, and contributing to company success.
