What your new challenge will look like?
You will be hired as an expert in Software Product Management at 4flow software. You will be responsible for the further development of our 4flow software products and processes as well as the independent processing and management of software projects. In particular, this will include the following tasks:
Your personnel responsibilities will extend to contributing to the strategic development of our software solutions by serving as an interface between regional product market experts (regions NA & CN) and the internal software development team
Supporting the implementation of customer requirements
Being responsible for OKRs: defining and measuring objectives and key results
Analyzing and understanding the market needs and aligning to Go-To-Market plan together with the product marketing experts
Participating in roadmap creation, supporting the whole budgeting and forecasting activities
Leading and developing technical concepts and requirement profiles for 4flow software products based on internal and external customer requirements
Collaborating closely with other teams, reporting and initiating process improvements to further develop customer solutions.
