What your new challenge will look like

As a Product Manager at 4flow, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into impactful software solutions. Your work will span the entire product lifecycle—from concept to release—ensuring that every feature meets user needs and business goals.

  • You will gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and users, translating them into clear specifications for our development teams.

  • Collaboration will be at the heart of your role: you will work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure smooth delivery, support backlog grooming and sprint planning and apply your knowledge of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle to keep projects on track.

  • Beyond execution, you will work on product discovery and validation activities, helping us identify opportunities and shape the roadmap.

  • You will stay informed about market trends, customer needs and user - centered design practices, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and innovative.

  • Regular communication with stakeholders will be key to managing expectations and building trust.

Why you belong at 4flow

  • You bring at least 2 years of experience in product management, IT project management, or requirements gathering, ideally in a software development context.

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

  • You understand Software Development Lifecycles and agile methodologies and know how to apply them effectively.

  • You have experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

  • Exposure to logistics or enterprise software is a plus.

  • And most importantly: You are curious and eager to learn, motivated to contribute to impactful and user-centered products.
