As a UX/UI Designer you will support the design of user interfaces and experiences across our digital products. You will contribute to research, prototyping, and design system maintenance while learning from experienced team members.
What your new challenge will look like

Assist in designing intuitive, user‑friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web‑based applications

Support user research efforts, gather insights, and contribute to usability testing

Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, InVision, or Framer
-
Translate user needs and business requirements into clear and effective design concepts

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to refine and implement designs

Contribute to the creation, development, and continuous maintenance of design systems

Apply user‑centered design principles to ensure a seamless and accessible user experience
-
Participate in design reviews and give constructive feedback to improve quality and consistency

Help maintain visual standards and ensure cohesive design across products

Stay informed about market trends, design patterns, and logistics‑related user needs

Document design decisions clearly and communicate ideas effectively to technical and non‑technical stakeholders

You bring at least two years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products, supported by a bachelor’s or master’s degree in interaction design, human‑computer interaction, graphic design, or a related discipline. You are familiar with designing for web‑based applications and feel confident using prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Framer.

You have experience with user research, wireframing, and design thinking, and you understand how to apply user‑centered design principles to create solutions that truly meet customer needs. A degree in a relevant design field is an additional advantage.

On a personal level, you are eager to learn and grow within a collaborative environment. You pay close attention to detail, have a strong sense of visual design, and remain open‑minded and receptive to feedback. Most importantly, you are passionate about creating meaningful user experiences that contribute to 4flow’s long‑term success.
