The Finance team is responsible for managing the accounting of all global 4flow subsidiaries and ensuring efficient liquidity management.

What your new challenge will look like
As part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for accounts payable activities for our domestic and global 4flow subsidiaries. Your key responsibilities will include:

Handling accounts payable tasks to support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (and IFRS in the future)

Calculating and posting different intercompany cost allocations

Processing travel expenses using our company-wide travel expense tool, MXP
-
Reconciling open items and communicating with suppliers

Supporting subsidiaries located abroad, including collaboration with local service providers

Assisting with innovative projects, such as digitization initiatives
Why you belong at 4flow

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in business, training as a tax clerk, or a degree in business administration.

You have at least two years of professional experience and solid knowledge of accounting under HGB/IFRS, ideally with expertise in VAT regulations.

You have strong English skills and enjoy working in an international environment.

You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have experience with accounting software (ideally Workday).

You have a structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style.
