What your new challenge will look like

Build and lead the new Controlling team in Brazil.

Set up and optimize controlling processes (offer checks, FTE planning, reporting, productivity analyses).

Ensure high analytical quality, clear outputs, and reliable governance.

Collaborate closely with central Controlling and 4flow management leadership.

Represent Controlling in internal discussions and selected customer meetings.
