What your new challenge will look like
As a customer care specialist at 4flow, you are the first point of contact for our customers who rely on you to support them with any matter they might have. Your daily tasks will include:
Providing professional customer care via e-mail and phone
Delivering thoughtful and smart solutions in high-pressured situations while still having important details in mind
Define and solve our customers queries in a timely manner
Think fast and work proactively and always keep on top of things in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Does the interview take place onsite or virtually?
The application process is designed as a virtual experience. All discussions are carried out by telephone or via video conference. On request or if required, in-person discussions can be organized at one of our locations.

Your supervisor will plan youronboarding experience and work together with you to plan your first few weeks with us. You will get to know us as an organization and learnabout our individual units and services and your most important contacts.
